Friday, November 2 the Homecoming Parade steps off at 4:00PM from Circle Park, down Volunteer Boulevard to Cumberland Avenue, exiting at 18th Street, see the attached map! This year’s parade is another collaboration with UTK, CAMA and the City of Knoxville.
